Yes, I support free shipping for all my aubusson rugs, pillows to USA, Australia and Europe. Buyers from other countries can contact for actual shipping. My shipping rate is always very low as I ship daily and have contract with EMS and DHL. So you will make every penny of yours worthy!

Can I order a different size of your rugs or pillows?
Yes, custom orders are part of the business. About half of the looms at the moment are occupied by custom ordered rugs and pillows. So just measure your room size well and let me know the dimension and I will quote for you and check if I still have a proper loom to weave them for you. A tip for size is that trying to see if a smaller one would work to save your costs by rearranging your settings. Under the slow economy, I am happy to help you save the costs.

Sure. I accept returns as my aim is to help you find the best handwoven aubusons and needlepoints for your house to become more and more beautiful! If it does not work for you, you can ship them back to me and I will refund you asap upon receipt. If it's for the quality issue, I would even like to bear both shipping for you.

If I buy now, when I can expect the delivery?
I use express air parcel door to door services like DHL and EMS. No slow post to make you worry about your order or any risk to miss your special occasion. Usually it takes 6-9 days to reach USA, Australia, Europe, Egypt, UAE, Kuwait. Shipping to Brazil may be a little longer for Brazil customs and Russia customs about 2 weeks for their customs. I am tracking all parcels daily and would report progress for you. So no worries.
